摘要
以2011年四川省地表水环境质量例行监测数据为基础,根据环境保护部颁布的《地表水环境质量评价办法(试行)》的规定,讨论了评价指标不同对地表水水质评价结果所产生的影响;同时,还针对环保、疾控、水利等不同职能部门管理侧重点不同,指出了执行不同标准评价地表水水质结果显示出明显的差异。最后提出统一地表水环境质量评价办法的建议。
Based on the routine monitoring data of surface water quality of Sichuan province in 2011, this paper discussed influences of water quality evaluation results with different evaluated indexes according to the regulations in Surface Water Environmental Quality Assessment Method （Trial） issued by Ministry of Environmental Protection. Meanwhile, this paper also proposed the obvious differences of surface water quality results from the evaluations with different executed standards, and these were caused by different management emphases of departments such as environmental protection department, disease control and prevention department, water conservancy departments and so on. Lastly, this paper also proposed some suggestions on the unification of standards in Surface Water Environmental Quality Assessment method.
