摘要
为探讨水功能区水质达标评价的科学合理性,对典型的综合水质评价方法以及水功能区达标评价方法进行了比较。主要结论为:在以单因子评价法为基础的水质综合评价基础上,按照水质浓度平均值法和评价结果频次法相结合的水功能区达标评价方法,适用于目前我国的基本国情,且方法简单宜行,便于操作和统一。
In order to discuss the scientific rationality of reaching standard evaluation for water quality of water function,the paper compares the typical comprehensive water quality evaluation method and the evaluation method of reaching standard for water quality of water function zone.The main conclusions are that,based on the water quality comprehensive evaluation with the core of the single factor evaluation method,the evaluation method of reaching standard for water quality of water function zone,combining the water quality concentration average method and the evaluation result frequency method,is meet our country's basic national conditions and is simple to operation and unity.
