摘要
教师的职业道德直接影响着教育质量和教学效果,加强教师师德建设已成为各界广泛的共识。现在对于高校教师师德的评价缺乏一个客观公正的评价体系。本文探讨了高校教师师德量化评价体系的建立方法,并将社会主义核心价值观的个人层面引入评价体系,为加强高校教师师德建设方法提供一定的参考依据。
Teachers' professional morality has direct influences on the quality of education and teaching effect, so strengthening the construction of teachers' morality has become a widespread consensus. But at present, there is no objective and impartial evaluation system for the evaluation of college teachers' morality. This paper discusses the method of establishing a quantitative evaluation system for college teachers' morality, and introduces core socialist values at the individual level to the evaluation system,hoping to provide some references for enhancing college teachers' moral construction.
