摘要
以废旧聚氨酯制品为主要原料,利用醇解工艺将其降解得到低聚物多元醇,确定出最佳的降解工艺并成功制备了新型聚氨酯保温材料。利用红外光谱仪(FTIR),热重分析仪(TG)和偏光显微镜测试仪器对材料进行测试分析,结果表明,废旧聚氨酯制品的降解产物能够制备聚氨酯保温材料且耐热性能稳定,其泡孔的分布均匀致密,保温效果良好。
Waste polyurethane products are as the main raw material and obtain the oligomer polyols by the use of alcoholysis process. Determine the best degradation process and new pu heat preservation material was prepared successfully. FT-infrared spectrometer ( FTIR ), thermogravimetric analyzer ( TG ) and polarizing microscope test instrument were used for material analysis. The results showed that the waste degradation products of polyurethane can prepare polyurethane thermal insulation material. And heat resistant performance of the material is stable, the bubble hole are uniform and compact and heat preservation effect is good.
