摘要 废硬聚氨酯泡沫塑料的处理方法有物理法和化学法。经试验比较,化学法中以醇解法最为有利,具有工艺简单,回收率高,反应产物可直接用于合成硬泡等优点。经小试确定出复合醇解剂的最佳配方及再生硬泡的配方,反复试验了复合醇解剂配方对各种参数、性能的影响。在小试基础上进行了扩大摸拟试验并建立了90t/a废硬泡再生聚醚的工业化生产装置。每吨组合聚醚可节约材料费788元。再生聚醚的性能完全符合部颁标准。 The physical and chemical methods are the two processes for treating the spoiled rigid polyurethane foam. Through the comparison of these methods, the alcoholysis in the chemical methods is the best one for its simple process, high recovery ratio and its reactived products could be used for compounding polyethers directly etc. The optimum compounding for composite polyethers agent and its influences on the voriour parameters and properties, the compounding for regenerated foam plastics were determined by the primary tests. Based on the primary tests, ex- panded simulated tests were carried out and the industrial production plant that can produce 90t/a regenerated polyethers with spoiled rigid foam is set up. The materials cost can be saved by 788 yuan for 1 ton composited polyethers. The coperties of regenerated polythers reach to the min- istry standerds totally.
