摘要
通过对国产QS2-650型道砟清筛机Ⅰ端高速走行驱动液压系统两种设计方案的分析,利用AMESim建立液压系统模型进行两种设计方案对比仿真,得出清筛机启动过程中系统压力、加速度、流量等相关参数变化情况。分析表明:变量马达驱动设计方案更能适合清筛机加速走行工况要求,并具有良好的节能效果和操作特性。该分析方法也对其它大型养路机械液压系统分析与优化设计提供一定的参考。
Through the analysis of domestic QS2- 650 type ballast screening machineⅠend driving hydraulic system,two model systems were built and the comparative analysis of simulation was carried out. The change of such parameters as system pressure,acceleration,and flow rate were gained. The analysis shows that the design scheme of variable motor driving better meets the requirements of the ballast screening machine in accelerating mode,which has good energy saving effect and operation features. This analysis method offers new reference to other mechanical hydraulic system analysis and optimization design.
