摘要
社区矫正中社会力量参与是健全自身机制和促进矫正对象更好地融入社会的需要,也能更好地满足社区矫正对象多样性的需求。当前社区矫正中社会力量参与存在观念滞后、重视不够、力量不集中等问题,应当通过壮大社会基础力量、经济实体给予支持、社区实施主导等方式共同推进社会力量在社区矫正中的积极作用。
The participation of social forces in the community correction is needed for perfecting the social mechanism andhelping correction offenders more smoothly integrate into the society. Also, it could better meet various needs of the correctiontargets.However, there currently exists some problems affecting the social force assisting in the community correction, such asconceptual hysteresis, inadequate attention, and forces disunity. In order to solve these problems and promote the positive role ofsocial forces in the community correction, the government should strengthen social fundamental forces, seek supports fromentrepreneurs and allow the community to lead the correction activities.
