摘要
社区矫正是以社区为基础而展开的矫正罪犯的新的行刑模式和制度,社会力量参与罪犯矫正是社区矫正的题中应有之义。社会力量作为罪犯矫正的"第三领域"具有其参与的优势。以民间组织为载体,以社会志愿者为中坚,社会力量循着行为规训、心理矫治、就业接纳和网络构建四大路径介入罪犯的社区矫正。
Communal correction is a new punishing mode and system to rectify the convict in community The public participation in the process is written in the very name of communal correction. As a third field, the public has its advantages. Via NGOs and volunteers, the public can participate in communal correction in behavior admonition, psychological rectifying, helping with employment and building a communal correction web.
