摘要
建筑综合体的无序"繁衍"造成大量交通需求与城市交通供给的错位,导致城市交通拥堵,阻碍了建筑综合体的有效运营,如何利用公共交通有效指导建筑综合体建设愈显迫切。文章在回顾苏州中心城区建筑综合体演变历程的基础上,借鉴国内外城市的经验,剖析建筑综合体与TOD模式中的功能、空间和效应的互动关系,据此提出基于TOD模式的建筑综合体项目在立项与审批、项目策划及设计、后续调整三个阶段的建设策略。
Building complex dissemination results in disposition of transportation needs and supply, and this leads to traffic jam and low efficiency of building complex. The paper reviews central district building complex evolution and expansion, learns from overseas experience, analyzes the interaction of building complex and TOD in function, space, and effect, and raises TOD based project approval, project programming, and after adjustment strategies of building complex.
