摘要
文章首先从交通供需两方面对城市道路交通系统进行了分析，指出交通需求管理对解决目前我国城市交通问题的局限性，接下来从交通系统的费用和性能两个方面详细论述了供给系统的结构，并在此基础上阐述了供需结合的策略，最后给出了一些实施这种策略的建议。
This paper firstly analyses the urban road transportation system from supply and demand, and points out the confinement of transportation demand management in solving traffic problems in our cities. Secondly it discusses the structure of supply system from fee and property of transportation, and according to this illustrates the strategy with combination of supply and demand. Finally it gives some implementation suggestions.
