摘要 与传统化学封孔材料相比,开发的新型聚氨酯聚脲封孔材料具有力学强度高及尺寸稳定性好的优点。并在焦作煤业九里山矿14141运输巷进行工程试验,结果表明,在相同条件下,与采用聚氨酯加高水充填甲、乙料封孔对比,采用聚氨酯聚脲封孔材料进行封孔,平均瓦斯抽采浓度较高,瓦斯浓度大于50%的孔比率较大,封孔效果好。 Compared with the traditional gas extraction chemical sealing materials, a new polyurethane polyurea sealing material has the advantages of high mechanical strength and good dimension stability. The engineering test is conducted in the 14 141 tunnel of Jiuli mountain mine in Jiaozuo Coal Industry. The results show that, under the same conditions, when polyurethane polyurea sealing material is used, the average concentration of extraction gas is higher than that using polyurethane with high water filling A and B materials. The total pore rate with gas concentration greater than 50% is larger,which leads to the good sealing effect.
