摘要
聚氨酯封孔材料的尺寸稳定性直接影响着瓦斯抽放效果。研究了催化剂(N,N-二甲基环己胺)用量、异氰酸根指数以及阻燃剂(甲基膦酸二甲酯)用量对封孔材料的尺寸稳定性的影响,以及封孔材料的阻燃性能和压缩强度。结果表明,随着N,N-二甲基环己胺用量的增大,收缩率呈减小趋势,发泡倍数呈先增大后减小趋势。随着异氰酸根指数的增大,收缩率呈逐渐减小趋势,发泡倍数先增大后减小,压缩强度先减小后增大,在异氰酸根指数为1.05时发泡倍数为20.2倍,压缩强度为0.526 MPa。随着甲基膦酸二甲酯用量的增加,平均燃烧时间减少,收缩率呈先增大后减小的趋势。
Dimensional stability of polyurethane sealing materials can directly influence the effect of gas drainage. This article studied the influences of three factors of catalyst (N, N-dimethylcyclohexylamine), isoeyanate index and flame retardant agent ( dimethyl methyl phosphonate) on the stability of the dimensional stability of the sealing materials, and also the flame retardant properties and compression strength of the materials. The results showed that, with the increasing of the amount of N, N-dimethyleyclohexylamine, the shrinkage decreased. With the increasing of isocyanate index, shrinkage rate decreased, foaming rate increased first and then decreased, compression strength decreased first and then increased; when the isocyanate index was 1.05, maximum foaming expansion ratio up to 20. 2 times, the compression strength of 0. 526 MPa. With the increasing of the content of dimethyl methyl phosphonate, average burning time reduced, expansion ratio increased firstly and decreased then.
