摘要 燃料电池是能直接将燃料中的化学能转变为电能并输出的装置。近年来,燃料电池在医疗领域的应用得到越来越多的关注。本文中介绍了燃料电池在体外医疗设备(如血糖测量仪,酒精测试仪,伤口治疗仪等)上的多种直接应用,并总结了分别以微生物、生物酶和贵金属作为催化剂的三类应用于体内植入式医疗设备的燃料电池的研究进展。尽管这些燃料电池装置大多处于实验研究阶段,一旦在人类体内应用成功,人类将迎来新的医学革命。 Fuel cells are energy conversion devices that can directly convert the chemical energy stored in various fuels to electrical energy. In recent years ,the applications of fuel cell in the medical fields are more and more focused. In this study, the applications of fuel cell on in vitro medical equipment such as blood glucose meter, alcohol tester, wound treatment instrument, etc. , are introduced. These products with growing technology will bring health and happiness to the patients. One issue related with in vitro devices is portability. The research progress of fuel cell used in implantable medical devices with microorganisms, enzymes and precious metals as electrode catalysts, respectively, is reviewed. The issues related with this kind of devices are safety, reliability and long life. Until now, these devices have only been used in some insects and the long-terra impact on health is still in estimation. Once the fuel cells can be successfully applied in vivo in human bodies, the mankind will meet a new medical revolution.
