摘要
目的分析在传染科护理实习生中应用目标管理式进行临床带教的价值。方法选取160名传染科护理实习生,依据实习管理方法的不同将其列入观察组与对照组,每组各为80例。对照组应用传统带教方法,观察组应用目标管理式带教方法。结果两组理论成绩、实践操作成绩和患者的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传染科护理实习生中应用目标管理式临床带教有助于改善护理实习生的理论素质和实践能力,可以有效地提高患者的满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of the target management in the clinical nursing interns of infectious department.Methods 160 nurses from infectious department were selected and included in the observation group and the control group according to the practice management method, and with 80 cases in each group. The control group used the traditional teaching method, and the obser-vation group received the teaching method of the target management. Results There were significant differences in the scores of theory and practice between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical nursing interns of infectious diseases, application of target man-agement clinical teaching helped to improve the theoretical quality and practical ability of nursing interns, and can effectively improve pa-tient’s satisfaction.
