Process Optimization of PAC Coagulation Effect by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以聚合氯化铝(PAC)为混凝剂,考察了原水浊度、温度、p H值等因素对净水工艺中混凝沉淀效果的影响。采用Plackett-Burman法对影响沉淀出水浊度的8个因子进行了筛选,结果表明,影响沉淀出水浊度的主要因子为原水温度、p H值和PAC投加量。利用最陡爬坡试验逼近最大影响区域,在此基础上采用响应面法(RSM)对这3个因子的影响进行研究,结果表明,当原水温度为23.0℃、p H值为7.5、PAC投加量为12 mg/L时,沉淀出水浊度最低,为1.45 NTU。 The influence of raw water turbidity, temperature and pH on coagulation-sedimentation effect in water, treatment process was investigated using PAC as coagulant. 8 factots which could affect the sedimentation water turbidity were screened by Plackett-Burman (PB) methods. The results showed that the major factors were raw water temperature, pH and PAC dosage. Steepest ascent was used to approach the maximum impact area. Then response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to study the three factors. The results suggested that the sedimentation water turbidity was minimum, being 1.45 NTU when raw water temperature, pH and PAC dosage were 23.0 ℃, 7.5 and 12 mg/L respectively.
