芦村污水厂升级改造及四期工程深度处理工艺设计 被引量:9

Design of Advanced Treatment Process in Upgrading Reconstruction Project and Fourth-phase Project of Wuxi Lucun WWTP

摘要 根据芦村污水处理厂进、出水水质要求,其升级改造工程及四期工程需采用深度处理工艺。根据两项工程的进水水质、二级生物处理工艺以及当地的实际条件,两项工程分别采用了不同的深度处理工艺:升级改造工程采用了常规深度处理——转盘过滤器过滤工艺;四期工程采用了反硝化深度处理——深床滤池工艺和活性砂滤池工艺。工程运行效果良好,出水水质均达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级A标准。 According to the influent and effluent quality of Lucun WWTP, struction project and the fourth-phase project need to adopt the advanced treatment the upgrading reconprocess. Based on influent quality, the secondary treatment process and the actual conditions, the two projects ad ent designs of advanced treatment process. The upgrading reconstruction project adopts rotary which is a conventional advanced treatment process. The fourth-phase project adopts deep-bed activeated sand filter which are the denitrification advanced treatment processes. The operation of the projects is excellent, and the effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002 ).
