摘要
高铁助推旅游业发展,然而其生态效应却往往被忽略。利用统计年鉴的相关数据和既有研究文献资料,通过各县市的空气质量指数和环境质量指数计算和罗伦兹曲线分析,对高铁运营前后海南省生态环境效益进行评价。结果表明高铁运营下,海南省(1)废弃物排放量增加;(2)污染物相对集中;(3)个别县市污染严重。在此基础上对高铁的生态效应机制进行了分析,认为(1)游客量倍增,旅游景区承载力遭受挑战;(2)滨海区域功能过度集中,沿海生态环境遭受破坏;(3)旅游服务基础薄弱,环保设施严重不足;(4)土地利用不尽合理,旅游地产畸形发展;(5)产业结构低端,地区发展不平衡是重要因素。最后文章得出结论并提出相关建议。
High-speed train boosts tourism development, however the ecological effect of the land used for tourism under the background of high-speed train communication tends to be ignored by governors and scholars. This article takes Hainan as an example, using the related data of statistical yearbook and existing research literature. Through calculation of various counties/cities＇ air quality and environmental quality index and Laurent curve analysis, it studied the impact of high-speed train on tourism and its ecological effects. Results show that under the background of high speed train（1） waste emissions of Hainan Province increased, and the environment load became more serious;（2） the pollutants were relatively concentrated, with distinguishing feature each;（3） the overall environmental quality was good, but some of the counties and cities were polluted more serious. Basis on this, the article analyzed the ecological effect mechanism of tourism land use under the background of high speed train, and found out the important factors.（1） The visitor numbers was soaring, bearing the capacity of scenic spots challenged;（2） the coastal area had excessive concentration of function, making damage to the coastal ecological environment;（3） tourism service foundation infrastructure was weak, and the environmental protection facilities were seriously insufficient;（4） tourist land use was somewhat not scientific, and tourism real estate developed unreasonably;（5） the industrial structure was bad, and regional development was unbalanced. Finally the article concluded and put forward related suggestions.
