摘要
相较传统交通方式,高速交通建设对城市发展具有更为显著的促进效应。梳理高速交通建设对城市经济-产业-空间影响的研究成果,结论如下:(1)当前研究主要围绕高速交通建设对城市经济、产业及空间影响开展分析,理论体系、微观个体行为、城际联动发展和差异比较等研究较少;(2)国外研究较为全面,国内研究起步较晚,案例区分布不均但增长迅速,方法与内容日趋成熟和完善;(3)多采用经济计量、空间分析和综合评价等方法,模拟预测和方法集成应用偏少。未来,应开展多尺度-多要素-多情景的高速交通建设与城市发展耦合关系研究,加强高速交通经济研究与国家战略需求对接,构建新技术、新方法支撑的集成系统模型。
High-speed transportation plays a more critical role in promoting the urban development in comparison with the traditional transportation. This paper reviews the literature on the impacts of high-speed transportation construction on the urban economy, industry and space, and obtains the following conclusions.(1) There exist extensive literature on the impacts of high-speed transportation construction on the urban economic growth, industry and space. A striking paucity of studies, however, focus on the theoretical framework, micro individual behavior, urban linkage development and difference comparison.(2)Foreign researches are more comprehensive while domestic researches are marked with late start and rapid growth. Current study fields are unevenly distributed but increased rapidly in quantity. Research methods and contents are becoming more and more mature and perfect.(3)Econometrics, spatial analysis and comprehensive evaluation are commonly employed as research methods, while the simulation prediction and method integration are rarely used. In the future, multi-scale, multi-factor and multi-scenario studies should be carried out to investigate the coupling relationship between the high-speed transportation construction and the urban development. Besides, there is a need to strengthen the connection between the economic research of high-speed transportation and the national strategic, so as to build an integrated system model supported by new technologies and new methods.
