摘要
目的建立不粘锅材料在5种食品模拟物中7种有害元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法。方法在水、4%乙酸溶液、2g/L氯化钠溶液、10%乙醇溶液和精炼橄榄油食品模拟液中模拟元素(Cr、Mn、Ni、Cu、As、Pb、Cd)迁移,通过实验确定了5种食品模拟液的样品前处理方法。对于水、4%乙酸模拟液样品,可直接进样进行ICP-MS分析,10%乙醇在电热板处理后待测,氯化钠模拟液稀释进样,橄榄油模拟液采用微波消解处理后检测。实验通过调谐液调节仪器的分辨率、稳定性、灵敏度等参数,以确定仪器达到最佳工作状态。结果 7种元素的浓度为0.1 ng/ml^50 ng/ml时,线性关系良好,相关系数均≥0.999 0,检出限为0.008 ng/ml^0.120 ng/ml。在1 ng/ml浓度水平下进行添加实验,加标回收率为85.34%~112.3%,精密度为0.37%~4.1%。结论该方法具有准确可靠、精密度及灵敏度高、简便快速等特点,可应用于不粘锅材料中迁移元素的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of seven hazardous elements in non- stick pan materials in five food simulants by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP- MS). Methods Using this method,to imitate the elements migratory( Cr,Mn,Ni,Cu,As,Pb,Cd) in 5 food simulants( water,4% acetic acid solution,2 g / L sodium chloride solution,10% ethanol solution and olive oil). Sample preparation method of five food simulants was confirmed through experiment. For water and 4% acetic acid solution,which can be analyzed by direct injection with ICP- MS,10% ethanol solution was prepared for test after the treatment of electric heating plate,sodium chloride solution was diluted to injector,and olive oil simulation was detected using microwave digestion process. Resolution,stability,sensitivity and other parameters were adjusted to achieve the best working condition of the experiment equipment. Results The linear range of this methods was good when the concentration of these 7 elements were among 0. 1 ng / ml- 50 ng / ml,with the correlation coefficient ≥0. 999 0 and the detection limits in the range of 0. 008 ng / ml- 0. 120 ng / ml. At the concentration level of 1 ng / ml,to carry on the addition experiment,the recovery rate was among 85. 34%- 112. 3%,the precision was among 0. 37%- 4. 1%. Conclusion The method which is accurate and reliable,high precision and sensitivity,simple and rapid,can be applied to the determination of these migratory elements in non- stick pan materials.
