摘要
该试验采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱(iCP-MS)法同时测定一次性食品接触材料纸制品(纸盘、纸碗及纸杯)中的铅、镉、砷、汞、锑、铬的含量。样品经粉碎机充分粉碎混匀,通过微波消解的方法进行消解,消解液为硝酸溶液。消解后的样品经控温电热板加热挥发脱气。处理好的样品,经过iCP-MS的碰撞反应池orS技术和在线引入内标溶液的方法进行检测,通过比较样品质谱信号强度和标准校正曲线的信号强度,对试样溶液中的元素进行定量分析。结果表明,标准校正曲线线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.998。其中铅、镉、砷、锑、铬的加标量为0.050,0.250和1.000 mg/kg,汞的加标量为0.005,0.025和0.100 mg/kg。6种金属的回收率为78.8%~109.0%,相对标准偏差小于8.27%。铅、镉、砷、锑、铬的线性范围为0~20.0μg/L,汞的线性范围为0~2.00μg/L。砷的检出限为0.0160mg/kg,镉的检出限为0.0015 mg/kg,铬的检出限为0.0070 mg/kg,汞的检出限为0.0015 mg/kg,铅的检出限为0.0110mg/kg,锑的检出限为0.0080 mg/kg。该方法可同时检测多种金属,前处理方法简单易操作,利用电感耦合等离子质谱方法检测灵敏度高,简便快捷准确,更适用于基质复杂的食品接触材料纸制品的检测。
This method can simultaneously determine lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury,antimony and chromium in paper products(paper trays,paper bowls and cups)of disposable food contact materials by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Samples were fully crushed and mixed by a crusher.The samples were digested by microwave digestion.The digestion solution was nitric acid solution.After digestion,the samples were heated and evaporating by temperature-controlled heating plate.The processed samples were detected by ICP-MS ORS technology and on-line introducing internal standard solution.The elements in sample solution were quantitatively analyzed by comparing the signal intensity of mass spectrometry and the signal intensity of standard calibration curve.The results showed that the standard calibration curve was linear and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.998.The recovery rate of six metals was 78.8%-109.0%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 8.27%.The linear range of lead,cadmium,arsenic,antimony and chromium was 0-20.0μg/L,and that of mercury was 0-2.00μg/L.The detection limit of arsenic was 0.0160 mg/kg,cadmium was 0.0015 mg/kg,chromium was 0.0070 mg/kg,mercury was 0.0015 mg/kg,lead was 0.0110 mg/kg,and antimony was 0.0080 mg/kg.This method could simultaneously detect many metals.The pretreatment method was simple and easy to operate.The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method had high sensitivity,simplicity,rapidity and accuracy.It was more suitable for the detection of food contact material paper products with complex matrix.
