摘要
为有效地抑制新建脱硫装置内残留粉尘、防腐残渣和密封油脂等诱导胺液发泡因素,避免在装置投产初期因胺液受到污染而出现发泡迹象。在哈拉哈塘油田建成投产中,对伴生气脱硫装置实施工业水、碱水和脱盐水的"三步走"清洗方案,采用高液位、冷热交替、长周期循环的清洗方法清除装置内残余粉尘及防腐残渣。配置质量分数3%的碳酸钠溶液、恒温水浴清洗有效地清除密封酯类,为后续伴生气脱硫装置后续清洁、平稳运行奠定基础。
In order to inhibit the factors effectively which cause amine fluid foamed,such as residual dust,corrosion residues and seal oil,etc. and avoid foaming amine signs when the desulfurization unit will run. When the Ala- ha tang Oilfield completed and gone into operation,we carried out a cleaning program of desulfurization unit by industrial water,lye and desalinated water. Within high water level,alternating hot and cold temperature,long cycle of cleaning method,we can clear the device residual dust and corrosion residues in desulfurization unit. Using sodium carbonate solution which has the mass fraction of 3%,constant temperature of cleaning method,we can easily remove seal esters from desulfurization unit. Due to this program,we avoided foaming amine fluid in desulfurization unit at beginning of operation and established a foundation for producing smoothly.
