摘要
为探明甲苯咪唑、敌百虫、吡喹酮、辛硫磷和狼毒大戟5种杀虫药物对金鱼的急性毒性,为金鱼寄生虫病的防治提供参考,采用96h静态生物测试法,进行5种杀虫药物对金鱼的急性毒性试验。结果表明:甲苯咪唑、辛硫磷、敌百虫、吡喹酮和狼毒大戟乙酸乙酯提取物的96h半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.29mg/L、5.49mg/L、27.55 mg/L、29.22 mg/L和13.65 mg/L,安全浓度(SC)分别为0.029 mg/L、0.549mg/L、2.755mg/L、2.922mg/L和1.365mg/L。根据化合物对鱼类毒性等级评价标准,甲苯咪唑对金鱼属于高毒药品,辛硫磷属于中毒药品,敌百虫、吡喹酮和狼毒大戟乙酸乙酯提取物属于低毒药品。
To explore the toxicity of mebendazole,trichlorfon,praziquantel,phoxim and Euphorbia fischerianato goldfish and provide references for the control of goldfish parasitosis,an acute toxicity test of five drugs to goldfish was conducted by 96 hstatic bioassay method.Results:96hlethal concentration50(LC50)of mebendazole,phoxim,trichlorfon,praziquantel and the ethyl acetate extract of E.fischeriana was 0.29 mg/L,5.49 mg/L,27.55 mg/L,29.22 mg/L and 13.65 mg/L respectively.And the safe concentration was 0.029 mg/L,0.549 mg/L,2.755 mg/L,2.922 mg/L and 1.365 mg/L,respectively.According to the grade evaluation criteria of compounds toxicity to fish,mebendazole belonged to the hightoxic substance;phoxim belonged to the middle-toxic substance;and trichlorfon,praziquantel and the ethyl acetate extract of E.fischeriana belonged to the low-toxic substance to goldfish.
