摘要
用四种常用药物对宝石鲈稚鱼进行了急性毒性试验,结果表明:40%甲醛24h、48h和96h半致死浓度分别为146、124和90mg·L-1,安全浓度为26.8mg·L-1;硫酸铜和硫酸亚铁合剂24h、48h和96h半致死浓度分别为14.8、9.1和5.7mg·L-1,安全浓度为1.0mg·L-1;强氯精24h、48h和96h半致死浓度分别为1.8、1.4和1.2mg·L-1,安全浓度为0.25mg·L-1;敌百虫24h、48h和96h半致死浓度分别为5.3、1.8和1.2mg·L-1,安全浓度为0.06mg·L-1。宝石鲈稚鱼对四种药物的敏感性强度依次为:敌百虫>强氯精>硫酸铜和硫酸亚铁合剂>40%甲醛。
The acute toxicity of the four commonly used drags to the juvenile bacoo perch (Scormm barco) was tested and the results showed that the 24 hTLm,48 hTLm and 96 hTLm of 40%formaldehyde were 146 mg·L^-l, 124 mg·L^-1and 90 mg·L^-1,the security concentration was 90mg·L^-1;the 24 hTLm,48 hTLm and 96 hTLm of mixture of CuSO, and FeCI2 were 14.8 mg·L^-1,9.1 mg·L^-1and 5.7 mg·L^-1,the security concentration was 1.0mg·L^-1; the 24 hTLm,48 hTLm and 96 hTLm of trlchloroisocyanuric acid were 1.8 mg·L^-1, 1.4 mg·L^-1 and 1.2 mg·L^-1,the security concentration was 0.25mg·L^-1;the 24 hTLm,48 hTLm and 96 hTLm of dipterex were 5.3 mg·L^-1, 1.8 mg·L^-1 and 1.2 mg·L^-1, the security concentration was 0.06mg·L^-1.The order of the sensitivity of the juvenile bacoo perch to the four drugs was dipterex〉 trichloroisocyanuric acid〉 mixture of CuSO4 and FeCl2〉40% formaldehyde.
