摘要
铸造爆炸事故的发生归根到底是因为地坑中多余的水,其爆炸现象主要表现为沸腾液体扩展蒸汽爆炸。铸造爆炸事故往往会造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。在分析砂型铸造主要工艺的基础上,首先分析了砂型铸造过程中的呛爆风险因素。从气化、增压、侵入、喷出四个环节分析了呛爆的形成过程及其危险以及地坑积水爆炸的形成过程。然后,利用事故树分析法,对砂型铸造中因地坑积水爆炸事故进行了深入细致分析。最后,根据风险分析结果,从地坑造型安全、砂型铸造过程防爆、设计地坑积水量监测系统三个方面提出了砂型铸造爆炸预防与控制技术措施。
The excess water in the pit is the fundamental cause of the cast explosive accident. The phenomenon is mainly manifested in the boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion( BLEVE). The cast explosive accident often causes heavy casualties and property losses. Based on the analysis of the sand mold casting main process,firstly,the risk factors of the choking fire and explosion in the process of sand mold casting were analyzed. The formation process and risk factors of the choking fire and explosion were analyzed from gasification,pressurized,intrusion and spraying. Then,the formation process of explosion due to pit water pit water was analyzed. The explosion accident due to pit water was thoroughly analyzed in depth based on fault tree analysis method. Last,according to the above risk analysis results,this paper put forward explosion prevention and control measures of the sand mold casting from three aspects: pit molding safety,prevent explosion during the process of sand mold casting,designing pit water quantity monitoring system.
