摘要
型砂质量的自动检测与控制一直是铸造领域的重要前沿研究课题之一。这里介绍了型砂性能和组分自动检测技术的研究现状,概述了型砂质量控制系统的发展及应用,分析了型砂质量控制技术的发展趋势。
Quality automatic measurement and control techniques of green sand are always important study problems in the domain of foundry. The present situation of property and compositions automatic measurement techniques of green sand are introduced in this paper, the development and applications of quality control systems of green sand are reviewed, and the development trends on green sand control techniques are analyzed.
