摘要
采用O_3/UV/H_2O_2耦合工艺对成分复杂、可生化性差的兰州某石化企业二级出水进行预处理,分析了不同因素对COD去除率及废水可生化性的影响。结果表明,当O_3投加量为62.63 mg/L,UV功率为25 W,照射时间为15 min,n(H_2O_2)/n(O_3)为0.5,原水pH为9时,COD去除率可达29.34%,BOD5/COD可由0.05增加到0.34。此工艺对石化二级出水水质具有明显的改善作用,同时大幅提升了废水的可生化性。
The secondary effluent in a petrochemical enterprise,which is characterized by complex components and poor biodegradability,has been pretreated by O3/UV/H2O2 coupling technology. The effects of different factors on COD removing rate and wastewater biodegradability are analyzed. The results show that the COD removing rate can reach 29.34%,and BOD5/COD is increased from 0.05 to 0.34,when O3 dosage is 62.63 mg/L,UV power 25 W,irra-diating time 15 min,n(H2O2)/n(O3) 0.5,and raw water pH 9. This technology has great improvement effects on the water quality of secondary effluent,and the biodegradability of wastewater.
