摘要
目的研究臭氧预氧化与混凝联用工艺处理白石水库微污染水源水的效果,为自来水厂工程设计提供了可靠的参数.方法采用臭氧预氧化与常规处理联用工艺对微污染水源水进行了中试试验,研究了高锰酸盐指数、浊度、色度的处理效果.结果臭氧投加量为3.0 mg/L时,该系统对高锰酸盐指数、浊度、色度有较好的去除效果,出水高锰酸盐指数低于3.00 mg/L,浊度低于0.40 NTU,色度低于2.44度.臭氧预氧化在投加量1.0 mg/L就具有明显的助凝效果,在投加量为3.0 mg/L、混凝剂投加量为35.0 mg/L时,沉淀后的水浊度下降100%,比直接采用聚合氯化铝混凝的浊度降低了13.6%左右.结论臭氧预氧化中试试验表明,该工艺能有效地去除有机物、浊度和色度,使过滤后出水水质达到处理标准.
In this research, CODMn removal effect, turbidity and color of slight-polluted water were studied. The results of ozone pre-oxidation and conventional process treating slightly-polluted source water showed that this unit could reduce effectively CODMn, color and turbidity. The final effluent CODMn, turbidity and color were low in 3.0 mg· L^-1, 0.4 NTU and 2.44 degree respectively . When the dose of ozone was 1.0 nag· L^-1, the coagulation-supporting effect was obvious; when the dose was 3.0 mg·L^-1, the turbidity of water after precipitation decreased by about 100%, which was 13.6% lower than the turbidity resulting from the use of PAC directly. The results showed that ozone per-oxidation in slightly-polluted water could remove effectively some part of organism, turbidity, color and slight-pollution significantly to make the treated water quality reach standard.
