摘要
运用平衡记分卡对高职院校实训中心绩效评价体系进行了研究,从财务、客户、内部运营和学习与成长四个维度出发,建立了新型绩效评价模型,重建了具体的绩效评价指标,然后采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法进行了各指标权值的计算,并以浙江JJ学院物流实训中心为例,证明了评价体系的效用。
In this paper, we used the balanced scoreboard to study the performance evaluation system of the practical training center of the higher vocational colleges, built an innovative performance evaluation model, reestablished the specific performance evaluation indexes,next used the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation process to calculate the weights of the indexes, and at the end, applied the evaluation system to the practical training center of Zhejiang JJ College.
