摘要
教学和科研的冲突是目前高校最难以解决的矛盾。能否有效地化解这一冲突,关系到高校和谐管理的建立。文章借鉴平衡记分卡的设计思路,在对中国高等教育体制和高校战略描述的基础上,提出有效解决这一冲突的方法和途径,以期对中国的高校改革提供建议。
The conflict between the teaching and researching of universities is the most difficult conflict to resolve. Whether it can be resolved effectively relates to the construction of the harmonious management of universities. This paper refers to the design ideas about the Balanced Scorecard, which is based on the universities of China＇ s higher education system and the strategy description, puts forward some effective ways to solve this conflict, and then provides recommendations for reform of China＇ s universities.
