摘要
目的:观察通窍鼻炎颗粒联合布地奈德治疗鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:选取鼻窦炎患者194例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组和常规组,每组97例。常规组给予布地奈德治疗,联合组在常规组治疗的基础上给予通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗。结果:联合组治疗后VAS评分均优于常规组(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-2、IL-4、IL-5、IL-10、TNF-ɑ均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组IL-10、TNF-ɑ优于常规组(P<0.05);联合组有效率为95.88%,常规组有效率为85.57%,联合组优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:通窍鼻炎颗粒联合布地奈德治疗鼻窦炎临床疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Tongqiao Biyan Granules combined with Budesonide on nasosinusitis. Methods： 194 cases with nasosinusitis were randomized into combined group and routine group,with 97 cases in each group. Routine group were given Budesonide while combined group were added with Tongqiao Biyan Granules. Results： The VAS of combined group after treatment was better than that of routine group（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the levels of IL- 2,IL- 4,IL- 5,IL- 10 and TNF- ɑ in both groups were lower than before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）,and the levels of IL- 10 and TNF- ɑ in combined group were better than these in routine group（ P 〈0. 05）. The effective rate was 95. 88% in combined group and 85. 57%in routine group; combined group were better than routine group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Tongqiao Biyan Granules combined with Budesonide has remarkable therapeutic effects on nasosinusitis.
