摘要
目的探讨护理管理平台化改革对提升护理绩效产生的作用。方法采取护理平台化管理模式前随机选取妇产科护士52名作为对照组,实行平台化管理模式后随机选取67名护士作为实验组,比较采用平台化管理前后护理绩效的状况。结果实验组护理人员的操作技能、疾病评估准确率和护理及时有效性明显的提高(χ2=1.09,2.42,1.94,P=0.00)。实验组基础护理、危重病患护理、护理文书书写、健康教育、科室业务考核的合格率(97.4%,93.0%,86.0%,98.2%,98.6%)明显高于对照组(88.0%,85.9%,80.2%,87.8%,95.3%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.42,14.56,1.20,3.14,9.45;P<0.01),护理缺陷发生率下降(χ2=5.25;P=0.02)。患者对实验组护理人员的服务态度满意率明显比对照组高(χ2=52.37,P=0.000)。结论护理平台化管理模式的改革能有效提高护理质量,最大限度的降低护理成本,提高护士积极性,是护理科学发展的正确方向。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing management platform on promoting nursing performance.Methods A total of 52 nurses were chosen as the control group before the platform management mode was applied and67 nurses were chosen as the experimental group after the platform management mode was applied in the obstetrics and gynecology department,compares the nurses platform management between the two groups.Results After implementation of the platform management mode,the qualification rate of operating skills in the experimental group,disease assessment accuracy and nursing effectiveness were higher than those of the control group（χ2=1.09,2.42,1.09,P=0.00）.Basic nursing（97.4%）,critically ill patient nursing（93.0%）,nursing documents writing（86.0%）,health education qualification rate（97.4%）and the evaluation of those nurses,performance（98.6%）were significant higher than those in control group（88.0%,85.9%,80.2%,87.8%,95.3%,χ2=2.42,14.56,2.42,14.56,9.45,P〈0.01）.The incidence of nursing defects was lower than the control group（χ2=5.25;P=0.02）.After the platform management,patients felt satisfied for service attitude of nursing staff,the proportion of discontent was down,and patients＇ complaints were reduced.（χ2=52.37,P=52.37）.Conclusion The reform of nursing management platform could effectively improve the quality of nursing,save nursing cost,increase nurses enthusiasm,which is the right direction in the development of nursing science.
