摘要
通过环境教育增进人们对环境问题的认识,赋予人们为保护和改善环境所需要的知识、技能,培育其关注环境问题、积极参与保护与改善环境的情感、动机和相应的价值观,以及与可持续发展相适应的新的行为范式,业已成为国际社会的共识。做好环境教育工作需要通过法治方式予以规范与保护。台湾地区环境教育法制化的历程及其内容遵循了这一规律性认识,合乎这一潮流,其路径与内容对大陆地区环境教育法治化具有借鉴意义。
It has been a consensus within the international community by way of Environmental education to foster clear awareness of and concern about environment issues, to provide every person with opportunities to acquire the knowledge, values, attitudes, commitment and skills needed to protect and improve the environment, and to create new patterns of behavior of individuals, groups and society as a whole compatible with sustainable development. It is neces- sary for a successful environmental education to regulate and protect by rules of law. The progress of the Legalization of Environmental education in Taiwan has conformed to the standard. Its methodology and institutionalization possesses is important reference to our own Legalization of Environmental education.
