摘要
目的探讨胚胎发育调节因子(Six1)和细胞周期蛋白D1(CyclinD1)在大肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义,分析Six1和CyclinD1表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化EnVision法检测65例大肠癌组织和20例癌旁正常组织中Six1和CyclinD1的表达。结果大肠癌组织中Six1和CyclinD1的阳性表达率分别为70.77%和60.00%,均明显高于癌旁正常组织的15.00%和0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。Six1和CyclinD1表达与大肠癌患者临床分期、浸润深度及淋巴结是否转移有关(P〈0.05),而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及分化程度无关(P〉O.05)。大肠癌组织中Six1和CyclinD1的表达呈正相关(P〈O.05)。结论six1和cyclinD1过表达可能与大肠癌的发生、发展密切相关。联合检测Six1和CyclinD1表达可用于评估大肠癌的浸润、转移能力和预后。
Objieetive To study the expression of Sixl and CyclinD1 in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance, analyzing the relationship between expression of Sixl and CyclinD1 protein. Methods The expressions of Sixl and CyclinD1 in 65 cases of colorectal cancer and 20 cases of corresponding para-carcinoma colorectal mucosa tissues were deteted by immunohitochemical En Vision method. Results The positive rate of Sixl and CyclinD1 protein in colorectal cancer tissues was 70.77% and 60.00% respectively, compared to para-carcinoma colorectal tissues ( 15.00% and 0% ) , the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . The expression of Sixl and CyclinD1 protein was correlated with clinical stage, infiltration depth and lymoh node metastasis ( P〈0.05 ) , but no correlated with age, sex, tumor size or degree of differentiation ( P〉0.05 ) . Exressions of Six 1 were negatively associated with expression of CyclinD1 in colorectal cancer ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusions The overexpression of Six1 and CyclinD1 is closely associated with occurrence and development of colorectal cancer The combined detection of Sixl and CyclinD1 expression may be used to assess the ability of invasion, metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
