摘要 研究锰离子对PDA平板培养、PD液体培养、棉籽壳熟料栽培糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)菌丝生长和生物学效率的影响。结果表明,在供试范围内,和其它组相比,PDA培养基中添加30mg/L和50mg/L的锰离子菌丝长势好、长速快;在PD培养液中添加30mg/L的锰离子菌丝生物量最高,达到0.86g/lOOmL;在棉籽壳中添加100-500mg/kg锰离子时,生物学效率均高于对照。 The effects of manganese ion on the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium on laboratory media, and on biological efficiency values during cultivation of the mushroom on cotton seed hulls, were evaluated. Potato dextrose agar supplemented with 30 and 50 mg/L manganese ion supported luxuriant rnycelial growth and the highest mycelial growth rates, and mycelial biomass production (0.86 g/100 mL) was maximal in potato dextrose broth supplemented with 30 mg/L manganese ion. Biological efficiency values were higher when the mushroom was cultivated on cottonseed hulls supplemented with 100- 500 mg/kg manganese ion compared with unsupplemented controls.
