摘要
研究表明,重金属对菌丝生长和抗杂性有一定的促进作用,但对产量的影响程度不同.随着重金属投入浓度的增加,平菇中重金属含量增加,且菌盖中的含量高于菌柄.菌盖中Zn含量随着Cu,Pb,Cd的加入而减少,表现为拮抗作用;但在其它重金属元素存在时,平菇吸收富集Cu,Pb,Cd皆表现为协同作用.与单元素污染相比,多元素污染条件下菌盖中Zn和Cu的分配量减少,而Pb和Cd的分配量增加;菌柄正好相反.重金属的迁移能力为Cd>Zn>Cu>Pb.
The results showed that heavy metals could promote the development of hypha and abilities to anti-weed-moulds, but had different effecton the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus. Cd could enhance biological efficiency. The action of accumulation were different with different kind of heavy metals in Pleurotus ostreatus. The amount of accumulation increased with the increase of contentration of heavy metals. Heavy metals in pileus was higher than those in stipe. Zn concentration decreases in pileus when other heavy metals were added, Cu, Pb, Cd, concentration increased in Pleurotus ostreatus, and the transformation and redistribution were higher than those of any single element, and the trausforming abilities of the heavy metals are as follows : Cd 〉 Zn 〉 Cu 〉 Pb.
