摘要
以典型锅炉管及氧化皮为例,研究锅炉管及其氧化皮的磁性参数,得到了锅炉管与氧化皮磁性特征差异规律,根据不同材质下锅炉管与氧化皮磁性差异特征选取相应的磁性特征参数,根据磁性特征参数的变化,来检测与评定氧化皮堆积的程度。实验结果表明:经过外部磁场激励后,随氧化皮堆积量或面积的增加,导致相对应的磁性特征参数的检测信号值的增大,通过建立检测信号值与锅炉弯管内氧化皮堆积的对应关系的特征曲线,可有效地对锅炉弯管处堆积的氧化皮进行无损检测与评定。
Taking boiler typical Steels and steam-side oxidation scales as an example, magnetic parameters of the tube and oxidation scales were investigated. It is found that there are differences among ferritic, austenitic alloy-steel boiler and oxidation scales, which decides the magnetic feature parameter selection. According to detecting signals variation of the magnetic feature parameter, the accumulation level of the oxidation scales could be assessed. Experimental results indicate that the increase of the amount or area of accumulated oxidation scales leads to the increase of detecting signals of the magnetic feature parameter after excitation of external magnetic field. Nondestructive testing and safety assessment of the accumulated oxidation scales can be realized through creating a mapping between the detecting signals of he magnetic feature parameters and the amount or area of accumulated oxidation scales.
