摘要
目的:研究澳大利亚地理分级标准及卫生人力干预策略对于我国的意义。方法:运用文献分析方法,分析经验和启示。结果:采用地理分级标准引导卫生人力政策的制定与实施,对于培养、吸引和保留农村及边远地区卫生人才队伍具有重要意义。结论:应通过推进地理分级标准建设、系统化制定卫生人力政策等措施促进卫生人力资源的有效配置。
Objective To analyze the significance of Australia geographical classifications and intervention strategy of human resource for China. Methods The experiences in Australia were studied by literature analysis. Results It is significant to formulate and implement health human resource policies guided by geographical classifications for health talent team construction in rural and remote areas. Conclusion It is suggested to promote the construction of geographical classification and make systematic policies to improve health human resource allocation.
