摘要
铜蓝蛋白是从人血清α-2球蛋白中纯化出来的一种含铜蛋白质,能结合血浆中95%以上的铜,在铜的转运、铁的代谢与调控、自由基的清除以及其他抗氧化过程中发挥重要作用.目前大多数学者只对哺乳动物铜蓝蛋白是否能作为各种临床疾病的指标作了研究,但对其分子作用的机制研究仍较少.本文对铜蓝蛋白的结构、组织表达,铜、铁原子代谢、抗氧化作用及其相关疾病的最新研究进行综述,也对其分子演化作了初步探究.
Ceruloplasmin(Cp) is a copper-containing protein purified from the human serumct-2 globulin.More than 95% circulating copper in healthy human plasma is carried by Cp. It exhibits multiple possiblefunctions, such as copper transport, iron metabolism and regulation, radical scavenging and other antioxidantactivities. Most experts only focus on the study on whether Cp can serve as indicators of a variety of clinicaldiseases, but spare very little efforts on the research of its molecular mechanism. This review provides an over-view of recent advances in the field of fundamental protein structure and tissue expression, copper-protein, fer-rous oxidation ,ferric metabolism, anti-oxidation as well as the latest researches about its related diseases andmolecular evolution of Cp.
