摘要
海洋生态文明建设是社会主义生态文明建设的重要组成部分,也是实现沿海经济社会可持续发展的根本出路。海洋保护区是构建我国海洋生态文明体系的重要内容之一,也是海洋生态文明建设的重要载体和动力。分析了海洋保护区与海洋生态文明建设之间的关系,从生态文明建设要求和目标出发,在保护区选划布局、环境压力消减、能力建设投入和宣传等方面提出了我国海洋保护区管理改进的方向和建议。
The construction of marine ecological civilization is an important part of theconstruction of socialist ecological civilization, and also a fundamental wayout to fulfill thesustainable development of coastal social economy. Marine protected areas are an importantcomponent of building the marine ecological civilization system in China, and also asignificant carrier and impetus for the construction of marine ecological civilization. Thispaper analyzed the relationship between marine reserves and construction of marineecological civilization, and starting from the requirements of ecological civilizationconstruction, gave some suggestions for marine protected areas＇ management in selectingand planning the layout of reserves, reducing the pressure of environment, inputting intocapacity building and propaganda, etc.
