摘要
本文论述了为什么要建设生态文明,什么是生态文明,如果要建立生态文明该如何衡量城市生态文明程度,怎样以城乡统筹为措施来建设生态文明,湖北在建立城乡统筹的生态文明方面应该采取什么措施,并简单介绍了湖北省近几年为建设城乡统筹生态文明已经采取和将要采取哪些措施。
This paper discusses the importance and urgency of the construction of ecological civilization,the main connotation of the urban and rural co-ordination ecological civilization,and how to measure the degree of it.It also introduces the useful measures we can take in the construction of the urban and rural co -ordination ecological civilization.Based on the practice of Hubei province in recent years,it also briefly introduces what they have done for the construction of urban and rural ecological civilization and what else they will do for a better future.
