摘要
高压气瓶在运载火箭上用于贮存气体介质,为推进剂贮箱增压、补压等,根据运载火箭使用工况,应用应力-强度模型或威布尔模型,对某钛合金球形气瓶装置的强度可靠性、压力循环寿命疲劳可靠性和随机振动疲劳的可靠性进行评估,为运载火箭压力容器的可靠性评估提供参考。
High pressure vessel is used to stock gas in launch vehicle, keep and fill the pressure of propulsion tank. In this paper, according to the work course of launch vehicle, the reliability of strength, pressure cycle life and random vibration fatigue life of a certain global vessel made of titanium alloy are evaluated with stress-strength model or Weibull model,as a reference of the reliability evaluation of launch vehicle vessel.
