使用了一种计算随机载荷下固体推进剂药柱强度可靠性的蒙特卡罗模拟方法 ,即通过建立固体推进剂药柱的累积损伤模型 ,采用直接模拟法模拟随机载荷和固体推进剂药柱初始强度来获取推进剂药柱的可靠度。该方法能有效地预测运输、飞行等环境下固体推进剂药柱的强度可靠性。最后 。
A Monte Carlo simulation method has been developed, with which the strength reliability of solid propellant grain under random loading can be obtained by estabishing a cumulative damage model, and presenting the random loading and initial strength of solid propellant grain with direct simulation method. It can effectivly predict the strength reliability of solid propellant grian under the circumstances of transport and flight. The simulation method is applied to calculate the reliability of solid propellant grain when it is transported on road.
