摘要
目的探讨铁皮石槲对高铝饲养小鼠机体生化指标的影响。方法选用昆明种小鼠30只,分成正常组、模型组、治疗组。除正常组外,用三氯化铝拌饲料饲养小鼠4个月,到结束前3周治疗组用铁皮石槲水提液灌胃21 d。用水迷宫方法测定实验前、中、后小鼠的记忆力,实验结束,取静脉血待测;处死动物后,取大脑做成10%脑匀浆待用;测定乙酰胆碱酯酶(Ach E)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)、胆固醇(TC)、铝(Al3+)含量等。结果治疗组、模型组和正常组,脑匀浆Ach E依次为(0.59±0.16)、(0.85±0.09)、(0.62±0.13)U/mgprot,模型组与治疗组、正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);脑匀浆铝(Al3+)含量依次为(0.61±0.10)、(0.72±0.06)、(0.59±0.05)μg/m L,模型组与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);脑匀浆MDA含量依次为(2.80±0.52)、(4.51±1.29)、(3.21±1.48)nmol/m L,模型组显著高于其他2组(P<0.05);y型水迷宫游水时间,模型组与正常组后期增加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组差异无统计学意义;GSH-PX、TC各组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论高铝饲养小鼠脑匀浆和血清铝含量、AchE活力、MDA含量明显升高,铁皮石槲灌服后有明显改善。
Objective To investigate the effect of dendrobium officinale on biochemical indices in mice treated with high aluminum feeding. Methods Mice were feeded with AICl3 mix fodder for four months, then the mice in experimental group were treated with dendrobium officinale extract by intragastric administration for 21 days until the end of the experiment. To test the memory of mice by water maze before,in the middle and after experiment. Got venous blood to test at the end of the experiment after four months, took brain and made it into 10% brain homogenate after the mice were killed. To determine acetylcholinesterase (AchE), glutathioneperoxidase (GSH-PX),malondialdehyde (MDA), cholesterol (TC), aluminum (Al3+) content, etc. Iqesu Its The brain homogenate AchE in experimental group, model group and control group were (0.59 ± 0.16), (0.85 ± 0.09) and (0.62 ± 0.13) U/mgprot respectively, there is statistical difference between model group compare with experimental group and control group (P〈0.01). The aluminum (Al3+) of brain homogenate were (0.61 ± 0.10), (0.72 ± 0.06) and (0.59 ± 0.05) μ g/mL respectively, there is significant difference between model group and control group (P〈0.01). MDA of brain homogenate were (2.80±0.52), (4.51±1.29) and (3.21±1.48) nmol/mL respectively, it is higher in model group then other two groups (P〈0.01). It needed much more time in Y water maze swimming in later stage in model and control groups, there is statistical difference (P〈0.05), but no statistical difference in experimental group. No statistical difference of GSH-PX and TC among the three groups. CO n cl u sio n Brain homogenate, serum aluminum, AchE activity and MDA content of mice are all increasing significantly after feeded with high alumina, and it will be improved significantly after intake dendrobium officinale extract.
