摘要
目的对比分析Vitapex糊剂及氧化锌丁香油酚(ZOE)糊剂两种不同填充材料在乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病根管治疗中的效果。方法将64例乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病患儿按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组使用ZOE糊剂为根管填充剂,观察组使用Vitapex注射型糊剂为根管填充剂。比较两组患牙急性反应发生率及治疗有效率。结果观察组患牙急性反应发生率低于对照组(15.0%vs 39.5%),治疗有效率高于对照组(92.5%vs 84.2%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病的根管治疗中,采用Vitapex糊剂作为填充剂可减少治疗后患牙急性反应,提高治疗有效率,值得临床深入研究。
Objective To compare the curative effect contrast of Vitapex paste and ZOE paste for the treatment of deciduous teeth pulp disease and periapical disease in the root teeth.MethodsAccording to random number table method,64 cases of deciduous teeth pulp disease and periapical disease were divided into the observation group and the control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ZOE paste for root canal filling,the observation group was treated with Vitapex paste for root canal filling injection.The acute reaction rate and the efficiency of treatment between two groups were compared.Results The teeth acute reaction rate in the observation group was lower than that of the control group（15.0% vs 39.5%）,the effective rate of the treatment of teeth was higher than that of control group（92.5%vs 84.2%）,there was significant difference between two groups（both P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using Vitapex paste as fillers for children with deciduous dental pulp disease and periapical disease in root canal therapy can reduce the treatment of diseased teeth acute reaction,improve the efficiency of treatment,which is worthy of further clinical research.
