摘要
知识产权人才是"互联网+"经济时代下知识和技术创新的有力保障,是我国建立创新型国家的关键要素之一。本文从我国经济发展趋势出发,对复合型知识产权人才能力特征、高校培养现状进行深入分析,在借鉴国外知识产权人才培养成功经验的基础上,提出针对高等院校培养复合型知识产权人才的对策措施,以期为我国复合型知识产权人才的培养工作提供一定的启示。
Intellectual property professionals, the strong guarantee of knowledge and technological innovation in the era of＂Internet ＋ ＂knowledge economy, is one of the key elements of the establishment of an innovative country. Starting from the development trend of China＇s economy, the paper analyzes the ability of the compound talents and the current situation of talent cultivation in universities. By taking the successful experience of foreign intellectual property personnel training of complex intellectual property professionals, it proposes countermeasures for colleges training of complex IPR talents.
