摘要
考察高校中层管理干部心理资本对工作倦怠的影响及应对方式的中介作用。采用《心理资本问卷》、《工作倦怠量表-通用版》(MBI-GS)和《简易应对方式问卷》对浙江省96名高校中层管理干部进行调查。结果表明:心理资本各维度与积极应对方式相关显著,而与消极应对方式相关不显著。分别以积极应对和消极应对为中介建构结构方程模型,发现最优拟合模型中,心理资本对工作倦怠的影响部分以积极应对为中介,而不以消极应对为中介。心理资本通过激发积极应对而非抑制消极应对影响工作倦怠。
To test the mediation effect of coping style on the relationship between psychological capital (PsyCap) and job burnout in high school middle-class managers. 98 high school middle-class managers were assessed using the Psychologi-cal Capital Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-GS), and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. The correlation be-tween PsyCap and positive coping styles is significant, but between PsyCap and negative coping styles is no significant. The analysis of Structural Equation Modeling found that in the best-fitted models, the PsyCap can predict burnout partially via positive coping styles as the mediator, but not via negative coping styles. PsyCap affect job burnout through activating posi-tive coping styles, but not inhibiting negative coping styles.
