摘要
目的探讨辨证施护对慢性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选取慢性肾衰竭患者96例,随机分为常规对照组和辨证施护组,各48例,常规对照组予常规治疗及一般护理、对症护理及健康指导等基础护理;辨证施护组在常规治疗的基础上应用中医辨证分型,对不同证型实施饮食、情志等方面护理,2组均15 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后,观察2组治疗前后总体疗效和患者的满意程度。结果辨证施护组总有效率为88.75%,常规对照组为75.47%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经调查辨证施护组患者满意度为97.95%,高于常规对照组的75.42%(P<0.05)。结论辨证施护以人为本,是一种个体化护理疗法,能有效改善慢性肾衰竭患者的临床症状,提高患者的满意程度。
Objective To explore the nursing for patients with chronic renal failure syndrome differentiation of clinical nursing curative effect. Methods Selected 96 cases of patients with chronic renal failure,uses the digital meter were randomly divided into two groups at random,the control group,the 48 cases to conventional treatment and basic care（ mainly for the general nursing,suit the nursing,health guidance,etc.）,half a month for a period of treatment,two courses of treatment. Experimental group 48 cases,the application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine treatment,patients with different syndrome types of diet,of modern nursing,half a month for a period of treatment,two courses of treatment. After the treatment,compared before and after treatment patients with overall curative effect and patients satisfaction. Results The experimental group of patients with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing after the total effective rate is 88. 75%,primary care treatment and control group total effective rate was 75. 47%,the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; After investigation in patients with known on dialectical way the nursing care satisfaction was 97. 95%,far higher than 75. 42% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing syndrome people-oriented,through the syndrome differentiation and treatment of patients with effective nursing,therapy,is a kind of individualized nursing care and treatment for chronic renal failure patients have good curative effect,improve patient satisfaction of medical service.
