摘要
目的研究分析人参芍药胶囊治疗气阴两虚型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法随机选择气阴两虚型冠心病心绞痛患者82例,随机分为观察组(41例)与对照组(41例)。对照组采用常规冠心病心绞痛的基础治疗;观察组在对照组基础上辅助人参芍药胶囊治疗。观察2组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效及SAQ评分情况。结果观察组心绞痛治疗总有效率92.68%,明显优于对照组的82.93%(P<0.05);观察组心电图疗效总有效率87.8%,明显优于对照组的75.61%(P<0.05);2组治疗后较治疗前SAQ评分均有明显提升(P<0.05),但观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结论人参芍药胶囊辅助治疗气阴两虚型冠心病心绞痛,能够有效改善心绞痛及心电图疗效,临床效果明显。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Renshen Shaoyao capsules in the treatment of angina pectoris in a both qi yin deficiency type. Methods A total of 82 patients with angina pectoris in qi-yin deficiency type were included in the study and randomized into the observation group（ n = 41） and the control group（ n = 41）. The patients in the control group were given the routine treatment. On the basis of routine treatment,the patients in the observation group were given Renshen Shaoyao capsules. The angina efficacy,ECG efficacy,and SAQ scores in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of angina efficacy in the observation group（ 92. 68%） was significantly superior to that in the control group（ 82. 93%）（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of ECG efficacy in the observation group（ 87. 8%） was significantly superior to that in the control group（ 75. 61%）（ P〈0. 05）. SAQ scores after treatment in the two groups were significantly elevated when compared with those before treatment（ P〈 0.05）. The clinical efficacy after treatment in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. No patients were worsened. The vital signs including temperature,pulse,respiration,and blood pressure after treatment in the two groups were normal. No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment process in the two groups. Conclusion Renshen Shaoyao capsules in the adjuvant therapy of angina pectoris in a both qi yin deficiency type can effectively improve the angina and ECG efficacy with a significant clinic effect; therefore,it deserves to be further recommended in the clinic.
