摘要
生物学基础实验技术是现代生命科学技术的基础,在促进生命科学研究和应用中发挥着非常重要的作用。文章针对实验教学现状,就生物学基础实验教学体系构建、实验教学内容重组优化、实验教学手段、实验教学考核制度等方面进行了分析并提出了一些见解。在实验教学改革实践中,激发了学生的学习主动性,培养了学生综合实践能力和分析解决问题的能力,使学生得到较为全面的训练,提高了综合素质。
Biology experimental technique is the basis of modern life science and technology, in promoting the life sciences research and plays a very important role in the application. Based on experiment teaching status of biological experimental teaching system construction and experimental teaching reform and optimization of the contents, the teaching methods, experimental teaching examination system were analyzed and a number of ideas were put forward. In the experiment teaching reform practice, stimulating the students’ learning initiative, training the students’ comprehensive practical ability and analytical problem solving ability can enable students to get more comprehensive training, improve the overall quality.
