摘要
中国的竞技体育人才培养模式一直是小学-体校-专业队(省队、体工队等)的培养模式,这与国外有较大差距。目前,高校已成为中国竞技体育主要后备人才培养的重要基地之一,具有极大的发展潜力。
China＇s competitive sports training mode has been that the primary school, sports school, professional leagues （provincial, who, etc.）of training mode. This has bigger gap with foreign system. At present, the colleges and universities competitive sports has become the main one of the important bases of reserve personnel training, which has a great potential for development.
